The webinar is aimed at acquiring different ways of enhancing business development. These new methods are based on the concepts of wellness and beauty

The online course is addressed to architects, entrepreneurs, managers and experts willing to acquire alternative methods for managing companies: thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, we’ll focusing on designing new spaces in both growing and well established companies.

 

GOAL:

The webinar is geared towards finding the right strategies to improve the company’s wellness. We’ll be placing emphasis on the different procedures through which a positive mood can be arranged in working contexts.

 

TARGET: 

The course is addressed to architects, entrepreneurs and managers, working in growing or well established companies and eager to acquire skills in innovative consulting, productivity and welfare

Interaction among participants and lecturers is encouraged and welcomed. Technical cases, case studies will be discussed in details.

-welfare policies and win-win strategies

-how working models, relationships and communication changed: from top-down to bottom-up to circular

-entrepreneurial culture and change management in architecture 

-the architect’s role as a connector and translator 

-the architect’s role between culture and economy 

 

Step_2 Project’s strategies

-how welfare and architecture can reach a common goal 

-a new multidisciplinary consulting approach based on 6 key- words

-the consulting process known as “the swift’s flight

 

Step_3 Case Studies

-bottom up approaches 

-corporate photography

-horizontal design

-analysis tools: surveysfocus groups, interviews 

-psychological and physical wellness oriented to productivity
